og Party USA is a state-of-the-art boarding, daycare, grooming and training facility, specializing in supervised off-leash play on 5 acres, central to Northwest Arkansas. Dog Party’s motto is “Dogs Just Wanna Have Fun.” After nearly 15 years in business, owner Chaddie Platt has found this to be absolutely true!

“Dogs have such a great capacity for joy, and if they are socialized from an early age, they love playing with other dogs,” says owner Chaddie Platt.  “They love to be silly and goofy, and Dog Party allows plenty of time and space for that.”  With 11 outdoor play yards and six heated and air-conditioned indoor play areas, dogs can have fun no matter the weather.

The grounds have the feel of a well-groomed park with custom K-9 grass, play structures, shade structures, and even gazebos in the play yards.  With the addition of K-9 turf yards in all of the primary play areas, dogs can play in the water all day without getting muddy.

However, fun with a capital “F” is just part of the equation.  Supervising dogs during off-leash play is a serious business and requires a great deal of staff training on interpreting dog body language, developmental stages, breed characteristics, play styles, health issues, first aid, group play management, disinfecting techniques, and much, much more.  To this end, staff training at Dog Party USA is a daily component.  The staff meets at least twice per day to discuss topics from behavior to health and everything in between.  Constant communication and daily roll calls with health checks is a part of each playgroup, every day, all day.

Dog Party USA is a locally owned and operated (female & veteran-owned) business with only one location.  “We have seen many dogs go from puppyhood, adolescence, adulthood, and eventually to senior-citizen.  Their needs change drastically through those stages and we have learned how to accommodate them every step of the way” added Platt.

Professional grooming is offered by appointment on Wednesday through Friday with award-winning groomer Karen Murchison.  Baths and nail trims are available by request daily and boarding guests receive a complimentary bath with a five or more days stay.

Training classes are offered for Basic Obedience, Advanced Obedience and Agility for Fun and Confidence in the evenings at Dog Party and our staff trainer, Alex Barrales, can do some training during daycare for an additional fee.

Whether your dog comes for the day or for several weeks, they will receive lots of attention, affection, supervised play, delicious nutritional food, comfortable bedding, socialization, exercise and you can watch them play with their friends with live cameras on your smartphone!

Dog Party USA has been nominated for Pet Boarding/Daycare, Grooming and Customer Service in this year’s Best of NWA. Vote for them at votebestnwa.com/dogpartyusa. Cast votes each day until Thursday, December 19, 2019. For more information, visit BestNWA.com.
