Kinty Jones Heating Cooling continues to pay it forward

It’s not often a company will zero out a customer’s balance, but Kinty Jones of Kinty Jones Heating Cooling believes he’s been blessed many times over so he pays it forward whenever he can.

Obviously, Kinty can’t cancel what every client owes; he does have to make a living and support his staff after all. But his firm’s commitment to every job and its willingness to personally take care of each customer is what he believes sets his company apart from other HVAC shops in the area.

From something as simple as replacing a home’s fan to installing dozens of heating and air conditioning units in a church under construction, Kinty Jones Heating Cooling does it all and to the highest quality standards as well.

Kinty Jones has more than 32 years of full time HVAC industry experience, and the buy-out offers are still coming in all these years later. But Kinty, whose then-11-year-old daughter, Elizabeth Jones (now 20) has been the sweet face of the company, for quite a while, knows he’s still got “a lot left” in him, and has no plans to retire just yet.

“I’m still having fun. We want everyone who works with our company to have a happy experience,” Jones said. “It might sound silly, but we are a family operation (all of his four sons and daughter have worked with him at one time or another and he has great expectations for his four grandchildren), and we’ve been doing this our whole lives. We believe taking care of our customers is what gets us repeat business, and our satisfied customers give us lots of referrals. We know this and are humbled by it.”

The company doesn’t charge extra for weekend calls, for instance. And while the company’s associates do have to sleep, Kinty Jones Heating Cooling is open 24/7, and customers have come to rely on leaving a message and knowing someone will get back to them promptly, not in days or weeks.

“We answer every phone call. From new construction commercial jobs to residential maintenance work, our customers know we care about them. They also know that every dollar they spend with us here in Northwest Arkansas stays here and is put right back into the community,” Jones said. “That economic benefit isn’t true with many companies owned by big out-of-state or out-of-the-country conglomerates.”

Kinty Jones offers its customers zero-down financing to help them navigate during these uncertain and challenging times, and it also accepts major credit cards as well. The company gives veteran and senior-citizen discounts and has an easy and affordable $39 heating or air conditioning inspection special.

“Here in Northwest Arkansas, it gets hot in the summer and can get icy in the winter,” Jones said. “We want every family to be comfortable during these times, so let us inspect your furnace or AC. If we find a problem, we’ll fix it, and work out a payment plan so you can keep your family protected during all of our four weather seasons.”

Kinty Jones Heating Cooling has been recognized with numerous awards over the years and has even garnered several of the prestigious Angie’s List Super Service Awards as well as top producer and outstanding dealer honors.

But it is what the company does for the community that matters most to Kinty Jones. He has given away free furnaces during the winter months to those in need as well as routinely helping feed many families in the area at the holidays. He also rewards his associates with bonuses when he can, and just ordered turkeys to help take care of his staff at the holidays.

“God has blessed us, and we in turn, must bless others. That’s what I believe as a Christian, and it’s what guides us. Helping others.”
